BACK ON TRACK
Ladies and Gentlemen, Honorable Members of this House:
As of today, 04 November 2004, I am officially enrolled as a student of the College of Law of the Lyceum of the Philippines.
I am finally back on track and pursuing my dreams.
Don't wish me luck, pray for me instead.
